Worskhop: Discover your inner storyteller
Stories are just stories. We are not dependant on them.

'With the help of a few exercises, I will guide you into a more personal experience of life. Together we will go on a meditative journey that sheds old stories so that the new ones can come '

Starting from the issue of always looking for something to give me meaning and a sense of fullfillment. ( All the stress, pressure and anxiety that comes) By slowly following the steps of the workshop, I suddenly and very unexpectedly found myself in a trippy state, where everything just was without any outcome.
It was like those weren’t my hands but I was watching them like a movie. That helped me distance myself from all what was weighing me down and reminded me that I can choose to observe my thoughts rather than engaging with them. It re-awakend the observer.
This helped me through the next couple of days and will hopefully accompany me throughout my life. Also just listening to everyone sharing their struggles reminded me that EVERYONE has struggles an any given moment in time. This helped remind me that I don’t have to focus on it. Not all the time. I can choose a different route then the one my mind is automatically programmed on- That’s focus, not distraction.
With love.

Cestmir’s workshop was beautifully mystified and enchanting. I discovered my attachment to my minds-stories that have led me to much anxiety in my life and I am so grateful to open up to the story of the experience of the Now. And the joy and peace this story gives me.

Dear poet,
Here is a layer of the moment, to this now, that reveals itself only in spaces and moments that are carefully architected. This feeling of being so present and real with all that is came to me in your workshop. Or I should better write, in the meeting with you and all the friends and storytellers that came to this shared space you opened. I feel much care and eloquent attention flowing through your words. I feel safe, guided and inspired. Many thanks from my heart.

very opening and connecting workshop with interactive exercises about our personal stories and how they affect the perspective we have on the present moment. At times, i was a bit confused about the point of some of the exercises but all-in all an interesting workshop.

very interesting worskhop, I needed some time to understand what it is about but once i got it, it made a lot of sense. Like a completely new perspective on mediation. And very helpful to work with, in the future/present.

It was an insightful and connecting experience. The course reminded me of my own psychology studies. Especially the third wave of CBT. Which integrates mindfulness practice into therapy. The focus on thoughts, emotions and impulses/behaviours as well as past experiences and our belief about the future is essential for our healing. His knowledge reflected a lot of the evidence based practices of psychotherapy, the ABC-model, ACT, (Acceptance and Commitment therapy), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Schema therapy.

Cestmir’s workshop is a small course of psychology, starting with inner work, where you learn to connect with the worl through being in a moment and being able to express all shades of feelings. As soon as you find your inner key to open up, you will find yourself in a flow of truth. Whatever this truth is. Honesty with your inner storyteller is a way of expression in the very ground of life. It’s roots, attached to a flower who blooms.
Please, Don’t miss out on this one.

Honestly, I don’t go along with any philosophical workshops, but with humor and discipline at the same time, It made me go along. I gave a small example to work with to know how the system works. It was like you have cards in your hands but you don’t know how to play the game, but we trusted Cestmir and we won, we all won the game!!

My expectations were not fulfilled.
Thank you for this.

Getting in touch with our inner storyteller is a powerful tool to build different perspectives. The beginning is always now, the end also maybe. Awareness of the storylines we often trap ourselves in – without knowing- can help us reach inner peace. And in the end, words are just symbols, pointing towards whatever the meaning is.
